तू अगर उन पर अज़ाब करेगा तो (तू मालिक है) ये तेरे बन्दे हैं और अगर उन्हें बख्श देगा तो (कोई तेरा हाथ नहीं पकड़ सकता क्योंकि) बेशक तू ज़बरदस्त हिकमत वाला है
